Diablo II: Lord of Destruction

You need CD keys for BOTH "Diablo II" and "Diablo II: Lord of Destruction" during the install

Patience is key: There might be situations where the installer seems frozen. Or you can't even see an install window, and there is a message on the lutris installer that goes "child process exit 0". Just leave it be, and let it do it's thing in the background. :-)

If at the beginning there is a window prompting you to pick a location, just press OK. If you can't, try to abort, and delete $GAMEDIR. Restart the install process, and be ready to press OK immediately when it pops up. No further know workarounds.

You can ignore the http error code.

- Installs into C:\Program File (x86)\Diablo II
- P2P network used by downloader seems to not work (files are downloaded directly from Blizzard servers)
- Uses wine version wine-ge-8-25-x86_64

Installs 13c version, some servers are still running this one.

This edition requires 26-character CD-keys, one for original Diablo II and one for the expansion pack.

1. Rip all 4 CDs
2. Mount all 4 CDs
3. Run the installer
4. When Diablo II installation completes, exit the installer to continue.
5. When Diablo II: Lord of Destruction completes, exit the installer to continue.
6. Select patch version from the drop-down menu.
7. If patch was applied it will auto-start the game. Exit the game to complete the installation.

- Cet installeur doit être lancé depuis le même Wine Prefix (le même chemin) que l'installation de base de Diablo II
- Installer dans C:\Program File (x86)\Diablo II
- Le réseau de téléchargement pair-à-pair ne semble pas fonctionner (les fichiers proviennent directement des serveurs de Blizzard)
- Démarre en mode fenêtré
- Si le téléchargement ne s'effectue pas complètement il suffit de relancer cet installeur.
